RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $350 per hour (plus HST) for hearing and writing time, billed to the quarter hour. Disbursements billed at cost. All reasonable efforts are made to minimize costs to parties. Economy air travel at cost billed in 709 area code matters. Car Travel billed at 1/2 hourly rate plus kilometre charges.


Payment: Parties are expected to pay account promptly on receipt. Interim accounts can be provided if desired by the parties and will be provided for lengthy delays in accordance with my retainer letter.
